Returns & Exchanges

We will stand by all items sold by our store or website. Perfect Gift Co. will accept items for exchange or return on any orders postmarked within 15 days of the original date of purchase. Holiday purchases and Gift purchases will be given an extended return period allowance of 30 days. Simply return the item undamaged and with its original packaging and literature. You will receive a prompt refund minus any shipping & handling charges (if the item was shipped with a “Free Shipping Option” you will be charged a $5.00 shipping fee). Any exchanges will be subject to a nominal reshipping charge. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our return policy does not apply to customized, engraved, special orders and limited edition items.
